Class Notes: Immerse yourself in a two hour voyage that sets the groundwork to learn the various identities and categories of whiskey. Liquor Lab's Chief Cocktail Officer, Freddie Sarkis will lead you through the nuances of a wide range of whiskies, which will include Bourbon, Rye, Tennessee, Canadian, Scotch, and Irish.

Cocktail Menu: In this class you will create three full cocktails featuring different types of whiskies while also sampling three other expressions neat as we discuss the nuances of the spirit.

Run Of Show: Intro, first cocktail instruction, social break/light music (10-15min), food buffet served, second cocktail instruction, social break/light music (10min), third cocktail instruction, social break/light music (10 min), three whisk(e)y samplings served "neat" or "on-the-rocks".

Food menu: Peg Leg Porker BBQ Buffet with assorted veggies, dips and hummus will be served.

What You Need: Make sure to bring your photo ID, arrive early and let us know of any allergies you have or any non-alcoholic substitutes you desire. If you are in a group, please provide the number of people in your group and a designated name.
