Class Notes: Celebrate Independence Day Bourbon/American Whiskey style. Immerse yourself in a two hour voyage that sets the groundwork to learn the various identities of Bourbon.  Our Chief Cocktail Officer Freddie Sarkis will lead the experience, which includes a wide range of Bourbon's and American whiskey, a selection of BBQ from one of our favorites, and a whole lot of shake, stirring, and sipping.

Run Of Show: Small plate BBQ buffet, Intro, first cocktail instruction, social break/light music (10-15min), food buffet served, second cocktail instruction, social break/light music (15min), final cocktail instruction, outro, social break/light music.

Cocktail Menu: We'll create three different types of delicious whiskey cocktails and see the difference in the types of whiskeys that we use. From light and refreshing to boozy and stirred, you don't want to miss this one.

Food Menu - Peg Leg Porker BBQ Buffet + Charcuterie and cheese pairings with bread, pita, and cracker boards. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and assorted sides will also be served.
